Absolutely! While we don’t cover international flights, you can still join us. Your package will be $650 per person, and you’ll be responsible for arranging your own flight to the destination.

For France the cost will be $1500 per person.

You'll stay in a comfortable three-bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The suite will be shared with fellow travelers, but each person will have their own bed for a comfortable stay. Room assignments will be arranged in advance to ensure a pleasant experience.

In France, hotel accommodations will consist of rooms with beds only, providing a comfortable and simple stay.

Transportation is fully covered, including round-trip flights, a private car rental with a driver, train tickets, and guided tours to all scheduled locations.

For travel within France, only train transportation will be provided, as it’s the fastest and most efficient way to get around.

All payments are non-refundable. Since reservations are booked in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

For France a deposit of $500 is required before booking.

That’s no problem! If you prefer a private room, there is an additional fee of $140 per person (based on double occupancy). Let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request.

For those who prefer not to share a room in France, an additional fee of $190 per person will apply.

Each room will accommodate a total of three people. Every guest will have their own bed, which includes two queen beds and one sofa bed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend deviating from the itinerary. If you choose to do so, we will not be responsible for any issues, including missed activities, late arrivals, or unexpected situations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we strongly encourage all travelers to follow the planned schedule.

You are permitted to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item (such as a small backpack, purse, or laptop bag).

Yes! We will be visiting Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick Bethels as part of the trip.

In France, we will only be visiting the France Bethel Branch, offering a focused and enriching experience.

Yes, children aged 2 and older are welcome to join us. Please note that in the state of New York, children ages 2–8 are required to use a child safety seat. Unfortunately, we do not provide child seats, so you’ll need to bring your own at your own expense.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accommodate any child without an appropriate child seat — no exceptions.
